I am so angry right now. I received a Polaroid Camera for Christmas (gift) and it had a refurbished sticker on it when I received it. I called Fingerhut and they said it was a problem they had with many people. Polaroid was shipping out refurbished cameras instead of new. I told them I just wanted a refund at that point. They sent me a label to send it back and I did. Here it is the middle of February and we still have the charge on our account. When I called them they said they had no record of the return and that I'd need to sign an affidavit stating I did, indeed, return it, even though after I provided the tracking number the woman on the phone said it had been received. I spoke with a "manager" today by the name of "Sarah." She said that the tracking number I provided could have been ANY tracking number and it doesn't prove they received it because it doesn't show a return. I will fill out this affidavit send it back and never order from Fingerhut again.
