I placed an order, realized that it was being shipped to a previous address that I had used, but was no longer valid, tried to change it online prior to shipment immediately but was unable to do so. Called customer service to correct situation. They said only part of order had been submitted for shipment, the second item would not be shipped. The entire order was shipped to the wrong address and I am now being harassed for payment. I will not pay for items I have not received. How do I get fingerhut to understand that this is an error on their part which I tried to avoid immediately after placing order?

lol it is your fault coz your not taking care of your actions, what can fingerhut do into an item that already been shipped? of course they need to have the item for them not to charge you..
