When Fingerhut called they quoted one amount when I got my next bill, there was a overdue balance. When I called they explained that the customer service rep. had given me the wrong amount to pay, so I had paid $3.00 less they the actual payment, costing me $19.95 in late fees. The Rep. stated I should have looked at the bill instead of paying attention to the other rep. duh!The service rep. should have known what the minimum bill was suposed to be, he called me. My actual bill was in my desk, in another room when he called.
