Fingerhut over charged me 19.95 for an over late fee which was not my fault. I spoke with at least 3 CSR's who refused to give me a credit on the late charges. Well, I was determined that I was going to speak with someone and ask for a credit. So I called and had spoken with a supervisor on duty and he was nice to reverse the charges.

What I'm saying is that some CSR's are not well trained in given back a credit. Any CSR should be able to over-rise a credit.

Eventhough I had to keep calling, I am still somewhat satisfied with their service.
