I pay my bill each month and i got a letter from finger hut saying what a Great job i was doing... but i have 300.00 and 45.00 credit the letter Does not give me a credit increase Its the same... so the letter is *** You talk to some one who is not American. Funny no jobs for Americans...

Worst Customer Service ever

I would stay clear from this company. I was charged 2x my payment. Tried calling lady refused to let me speak to a manager. So I had my bank dispute 2nd charge from my checking account. Told them to close my account. Then today I see they hit my account for another 139.98. This is poor business. I think monday i'll call my bank again to dispute it again.Plus I made a 100.00 payment trying to hurry up pay them off.But I noticed theyre not deducting what I've been paying off..Beware before you do business its been a nightmare.

Tablet stopped working..

I've been making monthly payments on a zeki tablet from finger hut i just made one last weekend so i wanted play my casino games on my tablet because its easier than playing on my phone so about 30 minutes ago i went to turn it on and a bunch of words popped up then it shut off and now it will not turn back on and it is fully charged so I'm sending it back to them and not making any more payments they can keep what money i have paid on it this piece of crap cost me over a $100.00

Frustrated!

Ordered 3 backpacks and received 2, they cancelled the third without notice. Called CS, stated out of stock. Ordered cancelled backpack a few days later using website and received entirely different bag. Called CS again, stated bag still out of stock, then requested return label. Refused to compensate for any inconvenience, so returned all 3 bags in SAME box. Now am only receiving credit for return of 2 bags, CS states only 2 were returned!! Issue now in dispute. Very upset over CS' treatment of a customer in good standing.

I tried to use it, and was told for 10 weeks straight that I was being "Sent a label", to return the phone and i never got it. no one could , would help me at fingerhut. Asurion made all of these "it's on the way" claim.

On August 24th I ordered a buy from Fingerhut a mountain bike. I received the package on September the Fourth.The bike was in good shape but both tires we're old and crack. I was not able to inflate them. I tried to communicate contact buyer email or phone but I was not able to do so. I tried many times to contact them Fingerhut. It seems to me there's no way to contact Fingerhut when you want to complain or get some answers as to why my product came in that way. The only thing that was able to ascertain was to contact the product manufacturer. My question is this why should I contact the product manufacturer when I didn't buy it from the from them I bought it from from Fingerhut. they should contact the product manufacturer not me I didn't pay the product manufacturer I paid Fingerhut. If I knew I was getting the run-around from Fingerhut I would have bought the bike from the manufacturer myself and cut the middle man.

I just had to pay $121.22 to get a new wheel and tire put on my bicycle. I kept thinking, "For that much money, I could have bought myself a crap bicycle from Wal-Mart.!" ----- Laugh out Loud! -----

i don't know what some people's problem is.i've been dealing with fingerhut for many year's and i have a house full of their product's.i've never had a problem with service or return's.but i've only had a problem with 1 product.if your buying cheap crap they are just like anybody else.they carry an economy line and a more expensive line.use you head when buying anything from anybody.check product review's on product through people like consumer report's and the like.then if you buy garbage you deserve it.don't buy jack through a catalog unless you check it out if not good luck.that goes for any company.as far as rebuilding my credit after a divorce since my b wife was good enough to destroy it fingerhut and companie's like them helped me greatly.don't whine if it is your fault.

VERY UNSATIFIED CONSUMER

I very much agree I'm canceling my account with Fingerhut permanently I purchased a Ninja for $295 and they had to nerve to charge me for some freakin insurance that I did not ever order now they tacked on some damn interest fee of $9.62 I emailed a message telling them I want those fees waived, if they don't grant that I'll jus pay then cancel them all together permanently and will NOT leave a good review I will WARN other buyers to BEWARE that are not aware of Fingerhut extra charges/interest fees that they tack onto your billing statements. I'm going to report them to the BBB and any other FTC government that will help consumers with companies like Fingerhut that rip off consumers by over charging interest fees etc, They get 000000 ratings from me.

I purchased a battery through them. It was shipped by the Manufacturer. OUT of the box, never worked from day one. Fingerhut sent me a return label. The label only showed a bar code. Now all of a sudden they claim they did not receive a return. REALLY. You had me return it to the manufacturer. Are you so corrupt that you need to RIP off Disabled veterans?

I received a letter from Fingerhut saying they were closing my account since I hadnt purchased anything in a while and for the following reason that my credit score was lower. I dont give a damn about them closing my account as I never purchased anything from Fingerhut, and decided not to ever buy anything from them, period. However, closing my account is one thing...sneaking into my credit is against the law! I have been diligent about getting my credit score up and DO NOT APPRECIATE FINGERHUT PINGING MY CREDIT and knocking my points down WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR PERMISSION!!! How dare they use my social security number to go into check my credit! I dont owe Fingerhut anything so you can imagine my outrage to find out Fingerhut is in violation of many privacy laws and regulations by doing what they did to me!! I will be contacting a lawyer!!

Fraudulent charges

There were two accounts opened in my name without my permission or consent, I filed a police report in regards to this matter as well as reached out to the credit bureaus and contacted fingerhut. One of the accounts were removed from my credit reports while the other remain now I have been dealing with Fingerhut for more than 6 months in regards to this matter I would like for this other account to be removed from my report immediately I have filed disputes with the credit bureaus and your company keep replying the account is accurate and can not be removed however I never had this issue with any other company dealing with fraud or identity theft. Please remove this off my credit report this account is reporting serious delinquent and is draining my credit score.
