Lack of customer service. Poor ordering system.

Ordered to bedding items. Duvet was cheap and appeared faded. In process of shipping back. Ordered a comforter, but system said the transaction was not complete. Hit the button to buy again. Now I have two that are being shipped. I can't get any help. Do not want to pay all the shipments for these two items I will have to return. I only wanted one comforter. Poor, horrible, frustrating system. I feel I can't trust fingerhut. I'm a new customer. What a miserable experience. I could have went two blocks to Walmart, Burlington or Ross' with a much better experience. Their recording does not even recognize the two comforters. It was been a view days since that order.

Updated balance letter

Hi my name is Ollie Foster i called to get an update balance letter, and trying to get my house refinanced and the guy that i spoked to couldnt not send it by emailed. He said, that he mail and i would receive it 5-to 7days or fax within 48 hrs. I am totally done with fingerhut.

Did not get my items sent thru a channels and still don’t have the item

I ordered a heartbeat necklace and four other items all the items arrived except the necklace I was emailed and told the necklace was coming it never came when I emailed about it they told me it would take up two two more days before I can find out where it was and to look around my house for it well I looked again no necklace and the fed guy he said name I dont know what was in those packages so I emailed again I was told that I would have to fill out some forms to get it replaced whenever got the necklace but thanks anyway

Inflated prices

The prices are inflated. Fingerhut sells items for 89% more than the original price at Walmart or target. I would not recommend anyone use this site. If you are building credit, do NOT buy expensive items from this site.

Overcharged

Such a simple item. Disaster of a fix. Ordered for &;;;;;;;;;; paid for 2 sets of 3 pairs of socks on sale for $10 each. They shipped one set. The gentleman said hed send the second set of socks. But I was charged $15 plus 4.99 shipping plus tax for the replacement set... so over triple charged. I hate them so much. Im annoyed that Im so mad about $22, but its the principle of it. Their fix has cost me 3 times what it should have, and Ill never get back the half hour I was on the phone or the few minutes to write this review. Buyer beware. They have sneaky & unethical practices there.

I have been a customer of theirs for approaching a decade never once have I been 30 days late they now have me 30 days late twice despite an active Safeline policy in place, despite a 6 month covid plan in place, despite payments and despite the fact that everyday the web and app dont match available credit magically disappears and only get applied back if you compakintnor inquire. During the months in question it stated $0 payment due on their website and app. Additionally received letter that stated account reaged pay minimum before certain date they then received a double payment from safeline they didnt count. Also they sent payment arrangement $7.50 first month and 3% moving forward that was paid accordingly and have tons of proof Safeline advised it was covered and they sent docs but this company refuses to honor. None of the dates they regurgitate back match tier time stamped emails for info sent to me additionally just because o know its probably going legal route I started to take pictures several times a week of the account so it can show just how often information is in error balance changes due amount changes its something Ive never experienced in my life elsewhere

No changes, still no response from Fingerhut (or anyone else from that Company).. The only thing Fingerhut does is they keep contacting me to say my account credit limit has gone up. As if I would ever be stupid enough to give them any of my business..

Still no help from Fingerhut. They gave me a ph# to contact for the filters.

The ph# was for a Lawn mower manufacture. Tried calling Fingerhut Corporate office- Their recording says they are Bluestem brands. No results AGAIN. I have wasted more time chasing to find no parts or filters are available from this company (Truett) brand or any other vacuum cleaner company.

The vacuum bag in the cleaner is full. So I can only (possibily) empty the bag over & over until it falls apart from constantly cleaning it.

Fingerhut still sells this piece of junk on their web site. BUYER BEWARE...

Purchased a Truett shop vacuum. Found out parts and or filter bags can not be found anywhere. Apparently company is nonexistent. The company i purchased it from (Fingerhut) claims they can not help.
