Fingerhut had my address wrong and every time I tryed to place an order it told me there was no such address. I also have an account but every time went to order I had not yet been given an account number it would restart the Fingerhut credit application, still no account number.

I went through about 6 CRS and on the second supervisor I hung up.

I have NEVER seen so many *** people in my life. I started my order at 11:30am and finally got it done at 4:50pm.WOW what a company, so many dummys working there unbelieveable.

Do you see people on the phone often? Pot calling the what black?

This might explain why it takes you 5 hours to place an order.

If you speak to people on the phone like you type I can understand why they could not help you. Sad thing is, you can edit what you type and still did not.
