On 12/3/2017, I received a fingerhut catalog that said I've been approved for $180.00 credit . So on 12/7/2017...

I placed an order for a comdorter set & a Zeki 8' LCD tablet. With the catalog order form and also the $30.00 down payment. I was so excited that I'd finally get new bedding and a tablet I been wanting and needing for so long. So, I waited about a week and then I checked the status of my order..

I saw no record of it anywhere.. My fingerhut acct. Kepr saying 'YOU HAVE NO ORDERS' . Im like WTF?

It should had gotten there by then. So, I called customer service and they said They hadnt received my order or $30 yet. Or the order form and that my order credit line was $00.00.. Wait..

But catalog sez i got 180 approved. And also the person on the pbone spoke with such broken english i couldnt understand wtf he was saying but i did hear that they couldnt find my mail-in order or $30 . they kept transgerring me to different *** depts. For 2 hours i was on the phone and still did not accomplish a thing.

The next morning, a rep left me a voicemail msg stating that they found my order & dwn pmt of $30 but that i they needed addtl' info for me to call them back ASAP .. SO I returned their call, and again nobody had no idea what i was talking about or the reason i called. I told them about my msg. Still notning..

Errrrrrr!!!! Theeen fiiinally they said they found it.. (Relieved) she said id have to wait a few days for m/o to clear for order to be shipped and to call back and confirm again . which would of been by the 19th of December.

And that i should get my order on or about. 12/21 . ok. So by the end of 12/21 i got NO PACKAGE .

so i called again. Yes.. I WAS ANOTHER PISSED OFF CUZTOMER AGAAAIN! And a rep named ED took my call, said for sure they got all my order and $30 dwn pymt.

But that they did not have the comferter set i ordered in stock.. Omg.. Another foul problem.. And that even tho i would of went over my 180 credit limit so i cpuld only order 1 item at this time.

Errrr. So anyway, im like; fine.. Just send me the tablet. I need that more right now, i ll order the bedding another time.

So he put it in. Said. Nevermind. Sorry.

Its been shipped already. Whaaat theee heelll? I said ; Are u sure this time? He sez Yes.

It was supposedly shipped on the 21st of Dec. And should arrive at my house on or about Dec 23, 2017. ( Thats today) so today i will be waiting and expecting my tablet to be delivered at my door as they said. ( NOT COUNTING ON IT!) But, well see.

This has really been a mess just for one teeny tiny eensy beensy order they made it so complicated. So please Fingerhut.. I love your company and all your discounted beautiful products, and would love to remain a long time loyal cuztomer, but if you and your employeees cant keep up with peoples orders and money.. You are going to lose very many and please..please..

Please.. Ger some reps that speak clearer english . greatly appreciated. So thats been my dilemma for the past 2 weeks..

C'mon FINGERHUT..GET IT TOGETHER!!!! THANKS!!
