For the pass week i have been trying to call fingerhut so that i can actually talk to a person about the investigation instead of the emails so they gave me a customers service number in case i need further infomation each time i call i got a list of choices that will direct you to the right place well imagine my surprise when none of the choices said customers after three days i decided to just pick a choice so i said place an order when the woman answer i explain so she said she will connect and she did back to where i started so the next time i chose make a payment so it turns out it was to customers service so i explain why i was calling i would say i was surprise at what i was told but then i would be lying since i been getting the run around. I told her that my tracking number for the certified letter with the police report showed that it was delivered she told me as of now theres no record of them getting it then i said that i sent an email saying that it shows that the letter was delivered and they did get it but they need more time for the investigation she said she cant speak on something that not here so i was told to send a copy of the sign card with the person name on it with the date and time it was delievered at this point i was mad and said some things that i should not have said i asked her how in the *** am i going to get a card with the person name that accepted the letter all i got was a tracking number that show date and time well she told me she didnt know but if i dont get the police report by next week the time allowed will be over and case closed
