I requested mailing bill,at lest 9 times you refuse to reply.I tried talking on the phone, but your reps either hang up on me or when I ask for someone to have just a simple command of english you refusedI've tried to tell fingerhut the product was unsatisfying and you either hang up on me or don't understand English.From the very beginning I sought in returning a bed not at my cost, you refuse.I returned 1 of the 2 watches,and I dont plan to pay for services that is so bad and I'm still waiting.Finally last week I get a bill,for what I dont know,because I'm still waiting to return my purchase.They say I o them $700 on what?Fingerhut refuses to give me a customer service e-mail address.The they say there are several late fees and I only got one letter in the mail last week.I'm paying $30 a month and the late fee os over $40 or more...

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $700.

Preferred solution: stop payement.

I wouldn't deal with a company named like that just out of general principle. You should have handled this in writing, served via Certified Mail Return Receipt Requested, as soon as a problem became evident.

You have lost precious time and therefore part of the validity of your claim.

Calls and e-mails are worthless. You need hard printed copies of all correspondence with proof of delivery.
