Fingerhut - Company never removed themselves from my credit report

New ReviewerI called August 12, 2021 thatโs why I couldnโt get a new account with them because they never remove the old account that was paid for and they never followed up to make sure I got the product in 2017 and when I complain to them about it they never reached back out they said it was my error but they told me that they have to change my address per my request I could not So Iโm still confused to where my radio is 4 years later.
I had service with them in 2017 it was very difficult to communicate with them foreign customer service agents Ill try to change my address myself online it never work I had to call them to tell them to change it they never did Once I paid off my item that I purchased from them I never received it but I still reporting Negativities on my credit report Im highly disappointed in them not taking action after the day I paid it off Im leaving it up to me to deal with it and never offered a reimbursement from the item they never delivered to me here it is 2021 Im still dealing with this.They wont even let me get another account until this one is settled so today August 17, 2021 I mailed him paper stating to remove this off of my credit report so Ill give them 30 days to get it together
User's recommendation: Always keep track of your payments and record the conversation.
Monetary Loss: $100.
Preferred solution: A full refund or a new account with the credit check I already done August 2021 Because itโs clear that I made payments but I never received the item.
Fingerhut Cons: Resolution unsatisfactory, Being lied to and never helped, Customer service long wait time to talk to someone, Never got product after it was paid off.
