Im doing a youtube review on this company tomorrow!!!! check it out at https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCn6PjnkiK3Dv8NgTyUa2qDg Below are three emails I sent them they are stressing me out I keep checking to see how much I owe them in total and it is increasing instead of going down.

IM seriously suing this company!! I was called and told on the phone that yopu guys apologized for the misleading info and the issues i was having. I am supposed to be paying 30 a month because i overpaid monthly! And im being hit with late fees !

*** this im suing!!! im tired of this *** company ruining my credit and i will seriously take this entire *** down!. Not only did fingerhut ruin my credit and hassel me the employees dont know what the *** they are doing or talking about. This all stems down to a coupon code i never recieved clealy and audacity of your employees telling me such!

after It was noted several times the coupon was supposed to be applied. I will attach my original statement!. Im seeking legal action and its not going to be pretty!. sent on 11/12/16 I am having a constant billing issue with fingerhut.

First off you guys call me every single week and tell me the same exact thing disregarding everything that comes out of my mouth and clearly what's on your notes. My name is Taylor Jones . I purchased 4 items two shelves,a mini fridge and a dresser. I was only supposed to be doing monthly payments for 1 item the other three were on the no payments until November promo.

However the account promo didn't take apparently so when they called the first time I explained this to the lady and she said to me "I see the note " that you don't start paying till November. Okay , not my problem fix it. Then a week later I get the same call but this time telling me there is no note and I owe 169.00. Okay fast forward to about 2 months of calls every week from the month the purchase was made.

Now they are telling me to set up a plan where I only pay 60 monthly. So I'm like okay whatever so I pay the 60. 30 one week 30 the next. Then the week AFTER THE FULL 60 Was paid I get another call , but not before I check my credit score.

You people noted that I was delinquent on payments and messed up my 100% payment record and my credit. Like I explained before this is is a every week thing check your phone records as I will mine. After I had the discussion with the guy about the payments I got yet ANOTHER Call telling me I wasn't on a payment plan like what the actual *** is wrong with you people. Then the lady tells me she sees yet another magical note...

in which again nothing to do with me And says well if you pay 69.00 we can put you on a payment plan.... like what. Now I have been a fingerhut customer since I was 14 and now I'm thinking about suing you guys and contacting a lawyer unless something is done about this and my credit. I was contacted about two weeks ago by a woman I forgot her name. She basically told me that the company was wrong for harassing me and not honoring the notes on my accounts, for setting up false payment plans, calling me a liar and ruining my credit. I was thinking about consolidation but I can't now because of my score. Fingerhut issued a missed payment to the credit bureau WHEN IN FACT THAT SHOULD HAVE NEVER HAPPENED.

my credit score dropped 47 points. Another issue is that I received in the mail yet again a letter saying that I didn't want fingerhut calling me or contacting me. As I stated in My last reach out I stated I was thinking about suing .

At this point I'm there and will be contacting lawyers in the morning . Company is clearly retarded.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $1500.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Fingerhut Cons: I hate the service.

Good point!! I see it too much now adays.

Too many people THINK that they can just STOP paying what they owe or what is BILLED. They THINK that it will all be cleared up IMMEDIATLY never realizing that EVERYTHING takes time. It can take multiple calls to resolve the issue but IF you have refused to pay then ITS ON YOU!!! Just because YOU THINK its unfair doesnt mean it IS!!!

As the previous poster suggested, I doubt that you will find a lawyer to take the case pro bono against a corporation as large as FH. That means YOU would have to PAY out of your own pocket for a FAKE lawsuit. Because at the end of the day a Judge is going to look at YOU and say PAY THEM!!! An internal PROMOTION doesnt superceed the CONTRACT that YOU AGREED TO!!!

When YOU deal with FH you are in essence TAKING A LOAN. Meaning that IF the paperwork YOU AGREED TO states that YOU have to pay a certain amount each month then THAT is what the Judge is going to SEE. NOT an internal PROMOTION but that YOU have a LOAN out with a company and YOU have chosen to NOT pay it. Its ALL about the wording in the contract.....THAT YOU READ RIGHT???

No, more then likely not so to YOU its a situation that YOU THINK you can profit off of by CLAIMING harrasment.

Pay what is asked THEN dispute it and get the credit on your account. NOT fight them on it THINKING you are in the right when youre REALLY not.

If you had money for an attorney, you wouldn't be buying from Finger hut.

No one cares about a Youtuber with no subscribers and and less than 1000 views as of this writing.

If your credit was that important to you, the thing to do was make the payments they demand while getting it straight.

Thanks for another great what not to do entry on PC.
