I ordered a engraved wedding band from finger hut and I never received it so I stopped paying for it. I ended up having to pay for it but I still never received it they said it was because I stopped paying for it.

My understanding of fingerhut was they sent your product to you and you made payments on it but not in my case I guess I payed for the ring and still haven't received it and it's been 2 years.

I have called and talked to customer service they told me I would not receive the ring because I stopped paying on it and even though I paid for it I still would not receive it.

Monetary Loss: $300.

Sounds like you should contact the Attorney General of your state and also the state that FH has their corportate headquarters in. I was going to look up some stuff to order from FH... After reading several complaints like yours I will just go to a local store and buy what I want.
