I placed an order to fingerhut for my daughters birthday and the rep could barely speak english. He not only put my order in wrong, he also promised me that it would arrive in 5 days.

when i went to check the status of my was wrong and it had delivery for 10 days! My daughter picked out the toy she wanted from fingerhut, but i was unable to give it to her because fingerhut put in the wrong item and lied about the delivery date to get my order. my daughters b-day was unfulfilled.This was her main toy she wanted and i was not able to provide it due to a company with no integrity.

all they could say was "im sorry"...tell that to my daughter on her birthday, when she opens her gifts and the main toy she wanted, mommy was unable to get! thanks fingerhut!

Monetary Loss: $159.
