Fingerhut is deceptive. Once receiving their credit I started getting harrassing scam calls and upon being paid off on time fingerhut closed my account. I also found out that my credit score went down 25 pts at the end. I thought they would help but they did not. Will never use them again.

Worst experience ever. Takes forever to order anything on website. They woulnt upgrade my acct because my first payment didn't go through due to wrong experation date. Even though I took care of it right away. Completely paid off acct and still wouldn't upgrade my acct. Horrible customer service. Needles to say closed my acct today!!!

I contacted FingerHut customer service who directed me to use the prepackaged return label in order to get an exchange. I did. Later FingerHut (FH) no service sent email stating still broken PC would be returned to me 30 days later no exchange refund or (monthly fee)...
