Fingerhut - Dont bother
I used the fresh start program and paid the up front $30 that is required for the order that I made. It was made on 12-20-19 and as of 01-06-20 I had not received my product or no refund. I contacted the company and got transferred 3 different times to 3 different people, I got fed up and asked for a refund of the $30. While attempting to get the refund the person told me my social security number didn't match but it worked for the previous 2 people and worked enough to get approved for the fresh start. They took my $30 and was not going to contact me and tell me order was never going to ship or anything as of this date I still have no resolve for this situation. I have never been so pissed with a company in all my life!!

Fingerhut - My account was missed up
It took a month,but finally was able to get my account straighten out thanks to every one. Tech said I had a bug on my account. Everything is on its way to being fixed so far. I have already been talking to everyone. :)
Fingerhut - I can't afford to be ripped off I live on a budget
Paid $111 only to see a zero balance on my account!!!!! Think it might be the second time this has happened to me and they keep raising my payments after i get emails saying my monthly payments wont up

Their unsubscribe button does not work. Tried several times and it never works. They get your email and never let up. Fingerhut is a bunch of spammers. Don't buy from them.
