I closed out my account with Fingerhut several years ago, but you continued to send me catalogs and mailings. I purchased zirconian ring back in the summer(2010), and sent in a payment of $6.99 on August 31, 2010.

That check cleared on September 7, 2010. I have a copy of that transaction from my bank, so there is no question, yet you continue to bill me, adding late fees, with the latest total of $8.99, as of 12/7/10. I have called. I have sent thru snailmail, a copy of the cancelled check, but you continue to send me statements!

If you do not stop hasselling me, the next person you hear from, will be my attorney. I plan to report you to the BBB, as well.
