I closed out my account with Fingerhut several years ago, but you continued to send me catalogs and mailings.I purchased zirconian ring back in the summer(2010), and sent in a payment of $6.99 on August 31, 2010.
That check cleared on September 7, 2010. I have a copy of that transaction from my bank, so there is no question, yet you continue to bill me, adding late fees, with the latest total of $8.99, as of 12/7/10. I have called. I have sent thru snailmail, a copy of the cancelled check, but you continue to send me statements!
If you do not stop hasselling me, the next person you hear from, will be my attorney.I plan to report you to the BBB, as well.
