they sent me asus notebook instead of a dell inspiron touch screen.I personally think they did that because they have been calling me every day to get insurance from them.

I tried to talk to CS and they are in Phillipines and said they cannot give me a confirmation email stating I reported the wrong item. I am going to ship it back but am afraid they won't give me credit for sending the wrong laptop..

It was on sale in clearance. and now it shows out of stock on the website..
