Verified ReviewerFingerhut - Selling and Sending Used Returned Products
Fingerhut is refusing to credit my account for the used products they sent to me. They had me to SEND to them the 2 pair of shoes.
I have asked them to simply send back to me what they asked for me to return.
This is awful. They are destroying my credit.
They asked me to send the shoes back to them. They have the shoes I returned and claim they did not send those shoes to me. Their response: They didnt send the used shoes to me.
They continue to bill me for the shoes and have now reported to all three (3) credit bureaus that my payments are behind, negatively impacting my credit rating. In reading over the many negative review concerning Fingerhut, I am contacting a couple of attorney firms to have this legally settled.
I am thinking that all the folks that have been harassed and lied to by Fingerhut could take part of a class action settlement lawsuit against them.
Please contact me at davida@***.com if youre interested. Based on all the negative responses online, I am sure a case against them is justified and would be a win for those defrauded.

Ive gotten seven emails telling me youre sorry your shipment is late.
It constantly says tomorrow tomorrow tomorrow tomorrow regardless of the drop in my credit score. I will seriously cut this card into 1 million pieces and tell them to go to *** after this order.

I had my neighbors checked my porch and see what's the pack is still on the porch I guess someone took it because I was still in the hospital at that time but I'm out today and I still don't see no package and she said she didn't see no package so I don't know what y'all going to do about the situation cuz I'm not responsible to pay for something that I didn't receive have a good day

I was given a payment deferment due to the hurricane. Ever since then, I have been receiving one to two calls a day to make a payment.
With the deferment, the next payment is due on November 15th. Does their overseas call center even look at notes to see if there is a reason not to make the call?

I don't know what happened to the package it's supposed to have been left on my porch as they say I believe they did leave it on my porch but I had my neighbor to check and she said she didn't see your package so I don't know what you going to do about it but I'm not going to pay for something I didn't receive have a good day

During 2022 Fingerhut shift bank and created a new account without my authorization between "Fetti and Webank". I didn't want to pursue any business with them and even thought I was NEVER late, they still reported a late payment.
I called them they said it will be corrected, so far nothing.

I made the mistake of ordering from Fingerhut days ago. the order was supposed to be completed and processed, until I checked my account and found I was charged extra fees for an order that was supposed to had been completed.
considering that one of the items were delivered to me. A company-I generally did not mind utilizing in the past, I now view as a bunch of scammers.
I hate having to deal with foreigners on calls. As most do not speak great English and lots of good American companies are going down Hill due to the influx of more foreigners taking over American businesses.

They sell client information social security numbers date of births income names addresses phone numbers. The stuff you have to put on your application.
Also they inaccurately report to credit bureaus making your score plumit after being a loyal customer for years. Since it changed to fetti they have really fell off.

Ive been receiving some text messages from Fingerhut saying I have to make a payment but I dont have an account with them. Ive tried calling their customer service number and they asked for my number to see if its linked to my account but they said theres no account with my phone number on it.
Im just trying to understand whats going on with the whole thing and if I do happen to have one I would like to work towards closing the account. Please help and let me know how to resolve this issue please, thank you again!
