Sold junk to someone I know

They sold a pool to someone I know and it was still under warranty.They refused to honor it because something was wrong with the pool I saw it with my own eyes.The person stopped paying on it and they sued the person.They sell junk and trash to people at a high price.I buy my stuff brand new locally I wouldn't buy their junk ever not that desperate.Runfaay far stS

They done sued the person and I was pissed because I saw that pool myself it had busted and water was leaking.They made sure to sue to get their money for their trash!!

When Fingerhut makes mistake they don't and I'd like to correct it fast

I ordered some stuff from Fingerhut and went to the wrong address I talked to UPS they admit it went to the wrong address Fingerhut did not reach out to UPS to find out what's a package delivered to the wrong address they kept saying it said it was delivered I called talk to the supervisor and she still would not help me I asked for a manager to call me and he still would has not called me think Fingerhut needs all up to their mistakes and get a better customer service go to helping you they keep reading mounted list they need to say okay people have compassion and everything they needed to speak do more better than what they're doing

People need to be reminded

I was trying to sign in to my account. I was asked to answer a security question.It said the answer was wrong. I know for a fact it was correct. I was then ask to enter my entire social security number so I could change it. Never give out personal information. I tried calling customer service to cancel the card I was bombarded with a then hung up on.

User's recommendation: Do not take this card. It's expensive and questionable.

REFUND TO MY NON FINGERHUT CREDIT CARD

I placed an order on 5/17/2021 And within 15 minutes I had to Cancel the order #ORD010891**** $124.58 &;;;;; $1.25 I USED A CREDIT CARD FROM MY PERSONAL BANK ACCOUNT.. MY OLD FH ACCOUNT WAS RESOLVED THROUGH RESURGent on 6:/15/2020. THIS PURCHASE SHOULD HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH MY OLD FINGERHUT ACCOUNT. WHY CAN'T I JUST HAVE THE ANSWER TO MY QUESTION WHEN AND HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUNDS?? PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS PROBLEM. I HAVE TRIED CALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT DUE TO MY OLD ACCOUNT I HAVE BEEN DISCONNECTED AND EMAILS ARE NOT ACKNOWLEGING THIS NIGHTMARE. Onyx earbuds wont work

The onyx earbuds i bought won't work they say connected to my phone but I can't hear nothing,and by the way with the customer service I talked to reguarding the onyx earbuds was not helpful at all and disrespectcul to me now because of her I will not be ordering anything else from fingerhut I will be ordering else where for now on I know it doesent matter much to yous but I will be ordering else where for now on.fingerhuts customer service is rude and not helpful at all so I'm sure other places would love my business and there customer service is way better thank you and my wife will be canceling her account as well

Fake balance after payment goes up ,not down.

This is an account of mine I pay close attention to because it's a thief I want off my back forever. I look at balance I know what I'm seeing, only to see balance mysteriously rise higher than day before, after making payment when they schedule next month's due .I had a balance yesterday that rose 100 over a day, when I never order here and won't again for this junk .Also, your online account is rigged where you can't see last months balance, when you call customer service you have someone ( always Hispanic) pretending to check your account, and telling you last months balance was higher than you know it was Please tell me they fixed any future stimulus from garnishment from these kind of thieves..

Reset security question

I have been trying to reset security question and it wont let me, all I get is a run around from your customer service....I have been a loyal customer to you but if this is how you do business forget it..I will pay what I owe and NEVER BUY FROM FINGERHUT AGAIN AND PPL WILL HEAR FROM ME ON HOW YOUR CUTOMER SERVICE TREATED ME AND APPARENTLY AFTER READING THIS SITE IM NOT THE ONLY ONE!

They cancelled my card and my credit score dropped by 30 points

I thought I was just being responsible by paying down my card, but they never warned me that if I didn't order anything in 3 months or paid off my card that they would just cancel me. I still wanted to keep looking and would order sometimes. Now my credit score dropped by 30 points, and they refused to reinstate my card.

Rip offs

It's impossible to speak to live a person. I paid off my balance a year ago and Finger hut is still trying to take money out of my bank account... My bank disputed four payments, stay way from this company.
