I ordered several items last fall and promptly returned 3 pairs of boots for being faulty. One was missing a heel upon receipt!!
Not only did they not credit shipping, they only gave me half credit for each item. I asked for statements showing all of my credits and charges because I do not normally receive them. Confirmed my suspicions. I inquired as to why and they would not answer, I was told to call customer service.
So, when I call customer service, I end up on the phone with someone who barely speaks English and read his responses out of a book. I am out close to $200 because of their shady practices.
