I bought set of pots & pans from Fingerhut that were not what I wanted. I returned them and I was told I had to pay monthly payment so I would not get charged a late fee, but I would be given credit for it when they received them. Well, I wasn't given the credit and I spoke to four different people to no avail.

I essentially paid for something I didn't have but these people do not care to make things right for the consumer.

I will not do business with them again and I am letting friends and family know how they treat customers.
