I am a new fingerhut shopper.I am really upset with customer service I received every time I call I seem to get a person that don't speak English

they are rude. I ask for a manager 5 times and did not get to speak with one.Customer service should be #1!

It is not! The items that I brought were not cheap.

I purchased a bed set that was 120$ and a chain that was 159$. The chain broke within a week and the pillows that came with my set had wholes in it.will not shop again.

Monetary Loss: $256.
